It is considered unhealthy and may often interface with the normal intellectual act of an individual.

  • Eating warm nutritious food
  • Staying away from junk is highly recommended
  • Drink homemade soups
  • Eat steamed veggies
  • Have 3-4 meal at fixed hours
  • Take at least 8 hours of sleep
